Livescore Bangladesh – Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Livescore Bangladesh ("Livescore", "we", "us") and each individual who uses the platform ("user", "you").

By accessing or using the Livescore website, mobile site, or any of its services, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

• "Platform" refers to the livescore-bangla.com website and all its associated services.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile of a registered user.

2 Registration & Eligibility

• Each person may only open one account.
• Opening an account on behalf of someone else or using another person's information is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your Livescore account secure. Please follow the guidelines below to protect your account:

• Use a strong password — combine uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone.
• Keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled on your account.
• If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact support immediately.

Livescore is not responsible for any account compromise resulting from sharing your password with others. Account sharing or transfer of any kind is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits & Payments

The following rules apply when making deposits on Livescore:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka).
• Accepted payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through third parties are not permitted.

If you experience any payment issues, notify the support team within 24 hours and keep your transaction reference number handy. Livescore does not charge any deposit fees, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

5 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are available to KYC-verified accounts only.
• After verification, funds are typically sent within 1 to 12 hours.
• Your first withdrawal may take up to 24 hours to process due to verification requirements.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.

Livescore may request additional verification for suspicious transactions and reserves the right to temporarily place a withdrawal on hold. Transactions will only be finalized once this process is complete.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Livescore regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. By accepting these offers, the following terms apply automatically:

• Every bonus comes with specific wagering requirements. Please read the terms before claiming any bonus.
• The welcome bonus is for new members only and can be claimed once per person.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly stated otherwise.

7 Betting Rules

The following general rules always apply when placing bets on Livescore:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, except where the cash-out feature is available.

• Livescore reserves the right to change odds and betting markets.
• Bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the betting policy.
• Scores and results are verified against data from independent third-party sources.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Livescore and will result in account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts under the same person's name.

• Participation in match fixing or any other illegal activity.
• Exploiting platform security vulnerabilities or technical flaws for personal gain.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to harass, defraud, or cause harm to another user.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Livescore reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of the terms and conditions.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is found.
• If an unusual or suspicious betting pattern is detected.
• If the account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be refunded after verification, provided there are no pending conditions.

10 Responsible Gaming

Livescore takes responsible gaming seriously. We believe betting is a form of entertainment — never a source of income.

• Each member can set their own deposit limit.
• You can temporarily close your account for a set period through self-exclusion.
